We offer a 1 day introduction to Social Media, this covers the basics of understanding what Social is, why it is important to your business, where it can really help your brand and crucially where it can help you make money.

The idea is to get people involved from all aspects of the business (where possible) and generate enthusiasm and interest in developing your strategy. Every person attending a workshop will have key action points to takeaway and implement.

Not all Social media is external, there may be key issues and common problems that exist in the business that can be solved by collaboratively using social tools.
